What to expect from your Santa Experience
We provide a Santa visit unlike any other! No long department store lines or hurried pictures on a strange Santa’s lap. When your children meet our Santa, it’s a private, unrushed experience, that allows them to settle in and get cozy in Santa’s living room... Within moments, your children will feel right at home as they share their Christmas wishes and create lasting memories.

A chance to help Santa paint toys in his workshop before he sends them off to the elves.

A look at Santa’s nice list, where they’ll find their own names!

A special bag full of gifts from Santa to celebrate their meeting.
As a recipient of this complimentary experience, your only financial obligation is a 100% fully refundable deposit to secure your date and time in our studio. This deposit will be released back to you on the day of your appointment if you choose not to purchase a portrait.

How to stay on the nice list during your Santa session
Meeting Santa and taking a portrait with him is thrilling—but we still need to follow a few rules to stay off the naughty list. To ensure your session runs smoothly, please be aware of the following studio policies for your Santa experience:
AGES:

Santa adores all children, but he wants to make sure his younger friends are old enough to share their Christmas wishes. If your family is bringing ONE (1) child, that child must be four years old or older. Note: Younger siblings are more than welcome to attend alongside an older brother or sister.

You take your best photos when you’re bright-eyed and ready for the day. So do your youngest family members! If your family includes children under the age of five, we’ll schedule your session before 12:00 PM for maximum smiles and Santa hugs.

Santa knows families come in all shapes and sizes, but to ensure everyone has the best experience, all children in one portrait group should be siblings (no cousins, please!).
FAMILY SIZE:

We want to make sure each child has their special moment with Santa and that everyone’s faces are nice and clear in your portraits. Because of that, we kindly ask that no more than THREE (3) children attend a single portrait session.
PETS:

Furry friends are absolutely part of the family, but not all of them feel comfortable around Santa. For everyone’s enjoyment, we ask that you leave your cuddly family members at home. They are more than welcome at our standard sessions!
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
We’re so excited you and your family have been chosen to receive a Santa experience! However, as there are a limited number of spots and we do fill up quickly, we request a $200 fully refundable holding deposit when making your appointment. We will then issue a full refund after your session unless you wish to apply it to portraits.
Order pajamas for your children from one of our recommended resources. For the best portrait results, pajamas need to be timeless and of a color and pattern which will properly coordinate with our set. You can see our recommendations here.
If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so within 14 days of your appointment in order to receive your full deposit back.
Over our many years of taking family portraits, we’ve learned exactly how to help families feel prepared and comfortable in front of the camera! So don’t worry if you or your child have never done a professional portrait session before. After booking your appointment, one of our team members will reach out via phone to ensure you know exactly what to bring, what to wear, and how to get ready for your magical day.
